- Will we see these the Dumbbell Snatch & Burpee appear in the Open?? Who knows! In any case we will be ready if they do!!
- Look to adhere to the "new" standards of movement in these two moves as well. Should they appear then you will want to know you are are ready for them.
- The run adds some spice to this WoD. Your objective here is to run the distance as fast as you possibly can!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
