Odd Mins: 18 / 12 Calories
Even Mins: 40 Double Unders

- Classic conditioning piece today. A true interval workout. Work hard to keep the Calories under 50 seconds throughout. When you're on the rope you'll be getting pretty gassed so compose yourself, relax the shoulders and get it done!
- CrossFit has many many famous workouts that encompass Barbell work or fancy Gymnastics elements. However its there "grunt" work like today that forges character & builds the "engine" big enough so that you can express your Fitness in those aforementioned WoDs.
- DOn't avoid what is needed, & what is needed, is ALWAYS needed, is more Fitness!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
