- "Light weight baby!!" you can just hear Ronnie Coleman shouting this from the rooftop should he see this WoD (just before he sees the rowing part anyhow!!).
- Today we go shorter in the time domain and we go light on the weightlifting components. All this means for a FAST day at the office!! View the weight prescribed today as a lightweight that can be moved lots & lots and fast!! Sure you might have a 1 rep max far higher than todays listed numbers but can you rep out a sub-maximal load at speed with great technique. That in itself is a skill. Build that capacity and move this weight around super fast. Should you think you would break the presses up into 3 sets or more then you need to scale it down a bit.
- Go find your intensity from within. If you really want it you will push very hard today. You don't need harder & heavier workouts. You need to be going harder in those workouts!
