- A true classic on the menu today. This longer WoD allows you to find a steady pace. One that feels somewhat uncomfortable for long durations. The weights are not aggressive at al & should be very much aimed at keeping things unbroken for the vast majority of the time. This WoD is a great example of a power output workout. For sure, you can't keep the highest power output going for 20 minutes straight but you can certainly keep it relatively high over the course. This one is spicy! Go out there & smash it!
