- Special day for Australia & New Zealand and all the that live here/there.
- We like Hero WoDs on ANZAC Day as it is very appropriate to honour those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for freedom in the world. We also like partner versions of workouts on days like today as it epitomises something very strong & very Australasian, that is MATESHIP. Aussie's & Kiwi's are fantastic proponents for mateship, working hard for one another. Mucking in and digging deep so to speak.
- Today we tackle a classic "Hero" workout called Morrison. IT can be done solo but that wouldn't be the point of today. Instead will tackle the rep scheme above in pairs and you can share the workload anyhow. However there will be a slight twist to proceedings. Lets just say there will be a another piece of equipment involved! Why you ask? Its not (just) to make life more difficult but more to hone in on the hardships faced in life/work/fitness/battle. Just a little something to add to the mix to make you work harder for your buddy.
