- We often see the Bench Press used for strength work in our 'Comp' track, but not often in conditioning pieces. The Bench Press is a great movement to complement our more frequently seen overhead presses. It works the deltoids (shoulders) and the triceps (back of the upper arm), which are both used when going overhead. This transferability keeps it functional and constantly varied.
- By utilising the Dumbbells we can keep this movement kept to a safe parameter & not need spotters. (Note: our "benches" will look a bit different from the norm. After all we are NOT a globo gym!).
- You will score this two ways today. Your total REPS accrued & your SLOWEST run time.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 30 Minute time cap to whole WoD.
- Scale As needed.
