- Highly skilful WoD on the menu today.
- Hitting large numbers of double unders, especially as you grow more tired will demand a lot of your neurological skills to come to the fore.
- Couple that with a technical Olympic lifting movement and you've a recipe for a WoD that will leave you mentally tired as well as physically!
- Look to stay composed on the rope so you can attack the reps in 1-3 sets. Choose a weight on the snatch that will see you go in also 1-3 sets.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify as needed.
