WoD: "Unbreakable"
In Teams of Two Complete 6 Rounds For Time (3 Rounds each):
30 Dumbbell Thrusters (20 / 15 kg)
150m Dumbbell Farmers Carry 20 / 15 kg)

- Working with a buddy pushes you to work way harder than you would on your own. You will try just that little bit more, you will be a bit quicker than compared to on your own. And its fun as heck working hard for your buddy, and seeing them work hard for you!!
- Today one partner will complete an ENTIRE round before passing off to your mate. This means you will be under tension for a few minutes at a time (also means your rest will last for a few mins too). With this in mind & being that you "only" have 3 rounds to complete each, you really need to push yourself when you are on. Go hard and aim to stay as unbroken as possible across both moves. Please don't shy away from this and choose a weight that is not challenging to you. This is not the point of the WoD. You can get a lot of takeaway from using a challenging weight that will test your physical & mental capacity when getting 30 reps out & 150m respectively.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Time cap of 25 mins. Scale As needed.
