- This month we have been holding the 800g Nutrition Challenge. Heaps of you CBDer's got on board and really dialled it in!! Fantastic efforts from everyone involved!
- As we get to the end of the challenge we are retesting this benchmark workout from the start and see just how much different you feel after adding in all the goodness over the last 4 weeks.
- There are also two options for you to choose from. If you are on the 800g challenge then you are on Option A. If however you are not on it and you wanted something slightly different from 4 weeks back you can take up option B. Neither one is better or worse than the other. They are just different. Either way you'll get a great workout in!
- Let's get after it!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
