- If you feel like getting out & about and moving try this little nugget out. Plan your favourite route out and go get it. (If you don't have a fav run route then get one of the many phone running apps out there to track your distance as you go).
- If you don't fancy running 5000m then try running for 20 mins for distance. At the 10 minute mark turn around and head back to where you started.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
