- An 'Open Style' chipper today. you have 11 minutes to plough your way through these reps. Should you make it all the way then re-start back on your machine!
- The Dumbbell is heavy, The Triple Unders (yes Triples!) are a high skill moment demanding your best coordination and the Ring Muscles Ups at the end are a taxing and also very skilful move to execute under fatigue.
- Yesterday you paced for a long workout, today you will need to move faster than then. Be sure your scaling if applicable is on point.
- Lets get after it!!
