- Funky little piece to end the shorter working week.
- Go find your threshold today. Hit the rows just hard enough to warrant you pushing to keep pace in the late rounds. Smash those squats unbroken & stay consistent on the Handstands. Chip your way through in medium sized sets.
- Beware though, your shoulders are in for a ride!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 18 minute time cap. Scale as needed.
