WoD - "Little Bit of Column A, Little Bit of Column B"

[A]: Deadlift
12 Mins to hit a Heavy set of 3

[B]: Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 7 Minutes
of:
20 Dumbbell Push Press
40 Double Unders
M: 22.5's. --|-- W: 15's
.
- Work to hit some heavy sets in the Deadlift but don't chase a new 3RM.
- Rest 2 Minutes between work sets.
- On the AMRAP go out hard of course but look to stay composed through the time. Choose a challenging weight on the Dumbbells that allows you the first round unbroken but in the subsequent rounds will probably get broken into 2-3 sets.
- Stay relaxed on the rope. Look to get in & out of your reps within 45 seconds. Do this and a LOT of Fitness will come your way!
- Lets go!!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify as needed.
