6 Box Jumps (24 / 20")

9 Handstand Push Ups

6 Box Jumps (24 / 20")

12 Handstand Push Ups

9 Box Jumps (24 / 20")

15 Handstand Push Ups

9 Box Jumps (24 / 20")

18 Handstand Push Ups

9 Box Jumps (24 / 20")

21 Handstand Push Ups

12 Box Jumps (24 / 20")

24 Handstand Push Ups

12 Box Jumps (24 / 20")

Etc etc as far as you can climb........

  • Open style workout today. The Handstand Push Up volume will get real very quickly so listen to your body. And yes today kipping is allowed.
  • On the box jumps aim to land as high as possible on the box (avoid landing in a fully squatted position).
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.
