- Yup, more Dumbbells!! This week we are dialling things back a touch and taking a break from the beloved barbell. Yes thats right, theres NO barbell work in at all this week 🙂
- Going on a "De-Load" doesn't mean you take it easy off of everything. The intensity can, & needs to, remain apparent so you can still get some stimulus and adaptation from the workouts. Today choose a weight you can move all 25 reps at the start unbroken. And today is also a great day to focus in on your double under skills. Maybe choose an even lighter weight on the DB's so you can place more emphasis on your skipping. Get out there & sweat!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
