WoD - "Fortitude"
Every Minute On The Minute x 30 Mins, Alternate Between:
Odd: 15 (10) Calorie Row
Even: 15 Burpees

- Fortitude: "Courage in pain or adversity"
- This is as tough mentally as it is physically. You want to getting at least 15 seconds rest to start with on both moves and then hold that pace.
- If you can't hold the numbers prescribed scale them down.
- If the clock gets you rest out the next minute & return in after that rest having deducted 2 reps off of each move.
- Score is last successful round + partial reps from the one that got away (e.g.: 21 rounds + 9 burpees).
