Soooooo, a new year is upon us once again. It's that time of year where we look back at our successes and our failures; what was good, and what was bad. Don't feel bad or feel distain about those failures, remember that is where we learn the most about ourselves and what we are capable of.
Now is the time to set some goals for the year ahead. What is it that you are training for? What do YOU want to get out of 2014? Have a real good think about what you want to achieve and write them down* Keep yourself accountable to your actions and strive to succeed.
With that in mind the R.O.D will be back full tilt next week. Hope you're well rested!
*= There are Goals & Tracking sheets available at the desk along with a communal binder for you to store it in. come in, chat to the coaches, grab one and fill it out and we'll take it from there.
