- Today is good ole bread & butter CrossFit!! Tuesday we brought some skill in the gymnastics realm. Yesterday you had the heavyyyyyyy deadlifts. Now today show us your capacity. Plain & simple, how much work can you get done inside of 12 minutes????
- The weight on the bar should be light to moderate. Think 2 sets to get the reps done. The burpees. Well they are just a pure delight now aren't they?! Find your groove and go at that somewhat steady yet continuous pace so you can be done with them in one set and no breaks in play.
- In short we want work. Sure there is skill in the snatch movement, and we will cover that in greater depth during your specific warm up, but essentially we want to churn out some power output by putting the rounds completed on the board!!
- Have toy got what it takes to go into that place today?
- Overall goal today is 5 or more rounds. This is very tough to do! Who will get there??
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
