WoD - "A Hop, Trot & er a High Pull!"

Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 18 Minutes

of:

15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (42.5 / 30 kg)

12 Lateral Bar Hops

China Town Run

.

  • The Sumo Deadlift High Pull is a fantastic movement that totally embodies the whole ethos of "Core To Extremity Movement" that is a key pillar on what we value & teach in the CrossFit program.
  • Be sure to stay patient on the barbell. Keep your arms longer than you think you need to & fish strong!
  • The lateral hops add an element of agility to your day. Don't take these things for granted & actually think about your movement back & forth. Think like a cat!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.
