- The Sumo Deadlift High Pull is a fantastic movement that totally embodies the whole ethos of "Core To Extremity Movement" that is a key pillar on what we value & teach in the CrossFit program.
- Be sure to stay patient on the barbell. Keep your arms longer than you think you need to & fish strong!
- The lateral hops add an element of agility to your day. Don't take these things for granted & actually think about your movement back & forth. Think like a cat!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
