- Welcome to another one of your 2019 CrossFit CBD Benchmark Cycle WoDs!!
- We are, at heart, a General Physical Preparedness , or "GPP", gym but it is always good to check in and see where you are at in terms of your fitness. This is why we have the "BCW" in place. It helps us gather data to see where the holes lie, as a gym, in our GPP. Last year brought some great achievements and PR's and we are totally sure this new cycle will prove the very same.

- To truly be varied in our Benchmarking & testing we must test across a multitude of modalities.
- Today we SPRINT! This gets tough very quickly so get ready to dig deep. We will be working in pairs so we can accurately recurs each others times each round.
- We are only recording the time you spend UNDER your pace threshold so watching each other is key. We will use stop-watches &/or mobile phones to do so.
- Compare to 19/07/19 OR 23/04/19
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale pace as needed.
