- Olympic lifting is equal parts mobility, speed & strength. It also has a buck ton of technique involved too. In order to get the best out of your "OLY" lifting you need to expose yourself to different positions, variations, percentages, etc.
- Today with it being a four move complex it will demand that overall loading stay a bit lower than your 1RM clean & jerk. This will allow you to really dig into the minutia of the angles, positions, & technique of nailing this awesome full body movement.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
