- Classic combination offered up today. There is something simply beautiful when you match a heavy barbell against as dynamic bodyweight movement such as a box jump.
- Today is meant to feel heavy for sure but you need to be able to move that barbell for consistent sets of 5 in the opening round to truly get the mark out of this one. The box is also higher than "normal" too. Be sure that you've shaken out the pins before that first jump and then be intentional with everyone one after that. Mindlessly hoping ton hop on top the box may not work today. We want power in those legs!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
