9 Chest To Bar Pull Ups

- First day back is always hard. ALWAYS. The best way to go about making the WoDs feel a bit better?? Getting the first one out of the way & embracing it!!
- The weight is light, the reps are high. What dies this remind you of? (CrossFit Open anyone??)
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
