Row Calories
Burpees
Double Unders

- Done like the "Fight Gone Bad" WoD each station you are vying for maximum repetitions in the 60 seconds.
- Your challenge is to not "game" any of the movements today. We want you to try to get your absolute max in each effort and see where the results take you.
- Scale as needed.
