- We are entering into our most important phase of training. The "off-season" phase (if you count the Open as your season that is. If you don't then don't worry, this is still good ole GPP bread & butter stuff).
- Lets kick off your next batch of training with a bang! Keep the barbell unbroken. Jump smoothly. Row your ass off!
