  • "Max Reps" workouts are a devilish way of extracting more work out of us. By not limiting how many repetitions we want it really lets us see just how string we are at a given movement/s. It also shows us how the mental side of the game is going too. Can you pick up that ball with less than 10 seconds left to get just 1-2 more reps? Those extra couple reps mean way more than just an inflated score. They represent the fight in us that will last to the end.
  • Get after it & earn your Fitness. You know you want to!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
