Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 12 Minutes
of:
3 Weighted Pull Ups
6 Dumbbell Push Ups
9 Dumbbell Squats

M: Pair of 15kg Dumbbells ---|--- W: Pair of 10kg Dumbbells
(Use one Dumbbell for the pull ups. Two for the other moves).

- Super little nugget of a workout on offer today. This one offers high power output from start to finish. Sure there are some weighted pull ups in the mix but it is just the 3 reps each round. Get in & get out with those bad boys! The other two moves will allow you to pump your way through the rest of the round.
- Nothing here is really designed to stop you in your tracks so make the most of your movement efficiency and come out punching with a heap of rounds by the end!
- "Cindy's" older brother has come to town and he's looking for a fight. Let's give him hell!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
