3 Rounds of Strict "Cindy"

- Doozy of a workout to sink our teeth into here. Looks simple enough on paper but each round has a ton of volume in built here. Keep the rows concise yet sustainable. Work the 3 rounds of Strict Cindy on the minute and everything should flow nicely.
- One round of "Cindy" is: 5 Pull-Ups, 10 Push-Ups, 15 Air Squats.
- We are looking at movement legitimacy. Can you lay claim to be able to move fast yet move really really well?? Come in for the challenge!!
- Overall goal today is to keep the workout under 22 mins.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
