WoD: "The Fizzer"
Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 7 Mins
Of:
10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (20 / 15 kg)
35 Double Unders
.
- The pace is on today! Generally the shorter the WoD the harder the pacing has to be to illicit the response. Can anyone go more than 7 rounds??
- Both heads of the DB must touch the floor between reps
- With the workout being shorter you will be put through a longer warm up, a good portion of skill time time on your skipping (if your doubles are faultless how are your triples???) & some mobility after..
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
.
After-Bash:
Mobility Time!
.- Being Fit isn't just about what you do on the dance floor here at CBD. Just as important is your recovery which includes mobility work.
- Spend some proper time on your body after the workout. Heres a hint for you. There may be fair bit of leg work in tomorrows WoD so the Calves & Glute's could benefit from your attention.
- Your coach will lead you through some pieces if you don't have a specific spot you want to work on.
- Scale As needed.
.
Post number of rounds to Beyond The Whiteboard.
And a little mobility inspiration
