- Three variants of a highly skilled barbell movement will require full concentration on every single rep. Grip will be at a premium. Add in the Gymnastics element every minute & what do you have??
- CROSSFIT!!
- The Hang Snatch & Full Snatch are both SQUAT versions.
- 'EMOM' = Every Minute On the Minute
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
