WoD: Born Free (of grip!)

Complete As Many REPS As Possible in 6 Mins:

MAX Reps Power Snatch (52.5 / 35 kg)

**'EMOM' 6 Toes To Bar**

REST 3 MINUTES

AMRAP in 6 MINUTES:

MAX Reps Hang Snatch (52.5 / 35 kg)

**'EMOM' 6 Toes To Bar**

AMREP in 6 MINUTES:

MAX Reps Snatch (52.5 / 35 kg)

  • Three variants of a highly skilled barbell movement will require full concentration on every single rep. Grip will be at a premium. Add in the Gymnastics element every minute & what do you have??
  • CROSSFIT!!
  • The Hang Snatch & Full Snatch are both SQUAT versions.
  • 'EMOM' = Every Minute On the Minute
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.
