Complete Each One For Time:

(REST 90 seconds between each row)

- Braving the hardship of rowing intervals is no mean feat. Today you are capped in your rest periods so the focus should be on consistent times across the 10 rounds. This doesn't mean easy, rather you should be aiming for an aggressive time and look to hold that.
- Pass the bucket!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
