- Not a barbell in sight. This one gets spicy.
- Row hard but exhaustively so. You want to be able to get off the machine & get straight into your handstand work.
- Aim to be able to knock out the sets of 21 in no more than 3 sets. Consider the scale options in place if you think you would need more sets to go through. Kipping is allowed today.
- Before the workout starts we will be working on getting inverted. Depending on level, ability & experience will determine which pathway you should take in this skill session.
- 15 Min time cap for the WoD.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
