15 Kettlebell Swings (32 / 24 kg)

15 Handstand Push Ups

  • Simple looking workouts often look innocent on paper. Couplets like this one are always designed with high power output in mind.
  • Grab that heavy Kettlebell and go unbroken. Then get yourself upside & try to keep the "HSPU" as close to unbroken as posable too! If you get after it you will get that dose response we are after!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
  • 15 Min Time Cap.
