WoD: "Bergeron Beep Test"
'EMOM' Until Failure:
7 Thrusters (35 / 25 kg)
7 Pull Ups
7 Burpees

- Day 2 of Testing Week! Today we test Work Capacity!
- This is an all time classic CrossFit workout that test your mettle like few other WoDs can! Yesterday you lifted Heavy & basked in the high fives. Today go and earn those high fives with some fast paced frenetic movement. And then rinse & repeat for as long as you can handle!
- 'EMOM' means "Every Minute On The Minute" so you are taken with 7 reps of EACH move in the SAMe minute. (Scale the reps from the start if 7/7/7 is not appropriate). Rest out in any time left within that minute until you do it all again.
- We have a 15 min time cap in place & a 10 round minimum work requirement, so if you get counted out in say round 7. Take a few moments to rest & then re-join in the WoD and finish the remaining work load to get to 10 rounds complete but do so in an "AMRAP' fashion.
- Note: Should you start at 7/7/7 reps and you get past 10 rounds, & then get counted out your job is done. If you started out on a scaled number (say 5/5/5) & you make it to 10 rounds successfully then add in a rep on each in round 11 (so 6/6/6) until failure.
