- A real classic on the menu today. If you have done this before you'll know what's in store! If you are new to this one then don't get fooled by the "lightweight" on the bar!!
- Yes, it is indeed a light snatch. However the intention is for you to get all 75 reps in in under 6 mins. Make sure too not to fall to the mistake of muscling this from the start (unless of course you are a superhero like the vid below and 35/25kg is "easy" for you. In which case muscle all 75 and come see us after).
