- Due to the poor air quality hitting Melbourne right now we have decided to cut back on the high intensity hullabaloo this week until the air clears a bit.
- We are sure you will all understand this is the well being of everyone and given that we are an outdoors facility we feel is one of our duties to assess the conditions in which we train.
- Today let's focus on movement. Not movement under stress or urgency. Just movement. How well do you know your body & how does it move through space when things are slowed down??
- Overall goal today is to move with the focus being on how well you are moving. Every rep should look pristine. Listen & learn from your body and how it moves through space.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
