- Rowing is hard. Rowing when tired is harder! The rest deliberately gets shorter as the distance decreases. Thats part of the challenge. Whats also part of the challenge is to get your pace, or split time (/500) faster with each row. Don't go out like a cat on a hot tin roof on the 1000 & then fade away with slower splits as you go. (Take note, although we sat faster splits this doesn't necessarily mean we want a 5-10 sec increase each time. It could be a 1-3 second increase in pace. That will still make a difference!).
- (Assault Bike alternative will be on offer for those unable to row).
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 20 Min Cap to the whole thing. Scale As needed.
