WoD: Grip Grip Grip!
Complete As Many REPS As Possible in 9 Minutes
of:
3 Hang Snatch (42.5 / 30 kg)
3 Toes To Bar
6 Hang Snatch
6 Toes To Bar
9 Hang Snatch
9 Toes To Bar
12 Hang Snatch
12 Toes To Bar
15 Han.......etc etc
And so on & so forth adding 3 reps each round until time is called.

- Warm up those forearms coz we are flying today!!
- The bar is not meant as heavy. Just because it reads 42.5/30 on it don't assume it's a day to hit the prescribed and muscle your way through a bunch of broken up sets doing singles. Choose a weighty that you can hang onto (quite literally!) & buss out large sets of 5 +.
- Just wait for the grip pump to kick in midway through. 9 minutes of frenetic fun heading your way.
- In the build up phase we will ask you to hit a "Heavy Triple" on the Hang Snatch. Use this as an opportunity to fine tune your skills and get some valuable loading in at the same time.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
