- Aspiring for high levels of fitness can be seen as "shovelling dirt" from one side of a field to the other. Some days you will feel great and feel like you have a shovel and other days you may feel like you only have a spoon. What matters isn't which piece of equipment you have but rather that you turn up and move some dirt, no matter how much. You do that most days in your week and you WILL get more fit each day.
- Today may feel like the spoon. As long as you show up, put your best foot forward, and try to make things uncomfortable you will get a great experience.
- The weights will feel heavy at times. Remember that we are chipping away at this one. Once you have passed that KB or DB move it is gone so try to hold on for as long as you can and chase your fitness!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
