- Going "Heavy" in MetCons is a necessary evil sometimes. Generally speaking we want your power output to remain as high as possible which will give you your biggest bang for your buck for your fitness. with that said there are days we want you move some load & move it whilst breathing hard. It may slow you down a touch in the moment. You may need to rest 20 more seconds than usual, but thats all part of the adaption and building your well rounded fitness.
- Be sure to brace hard in the squats. The bar will be fatiguing your abs anyway but couple that with the sit ups & you have a cocktail of fitness right there!
- Do. The. Work!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
