- Chunky & dense workout hitting the rooftop today. Theres a heap more going on here for a simple 3 rounder. We've got our work cut out for us!!
- Keep the rowing efforts consistent. Try not to burn out of the gates if it will derail the rest of the WoD.
- The DB cleans should feel moderate yet you aorta able to punch through the first round unbroken & break it early & often on those ring dips. They can get deceivingly sapping & once they're gone they're gone!! Don't let it get to that point.
- Overall goal today is go around the 15 min mark.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
