- A true classic on the ROD today. This is quite possibly one of the best workouts designed by HQ never to actually make it onto the offical Benchmark list. Its so deceiving its not funny! The weight is lightweight. The Box Jumps seem innocent enough, and its "only" 500m right??
- Well the devil in the detail is the combination. Nothing here will actually stop you moving other than your lungs. Make no mistake this one is meant to be hit very hards but be wary of first round heroics followed by a lot of slow moving. Build your capacity and tolerance by riding an aggressive pace that you can live with within a few seconds with. Sounds simple right?
- Yet simple isn't always easy to do!
- Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
