- Yup, we went there! No, you will not likely see actual "Fran" in the Open. For a start you'd see Chest To Bar Pull Ups, but you may well see the Dumbbell Thruster thrown in there.
- Its often said that the simplest answer is often the correct one. Well with that in mind why try to re-invent the wheel?? Thrusters & Pull Ups paired together make for a beautiful marriage of movement. Toss in the Double Under & you get a two-pronged effect. It'll actually go easier on your grip demands meaning you may be able to hold onto the bar & rig for longer. It will also jack your intensity right up there too making it difficult to breathe! What more could you ask of a workout???
- We cap at 12 minutes today. YOUR aim? Sub 10.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
