- Sweet little number inspired by the famous Benchmark workout "Helen" .This is meant as no less intense, grippy or gassy as the original. You have to go out there and want to hit things hard, fast & as efficiently as possible.
- By upping the ante on both the kettlebell and the gymnastics positions you will need a good game plan. Afford yourself one break on the bell so you can stay efficient on the bar.
- With those bar "MUs" be clinical on your attempts! No point wasting your energy half-drummed efforts! If you're going to go for it, go. For. It!! Same deal if you require scaling on these too. Choose something that jul ultimately help you develop and make progress toward your goals but make sure you can still achieve what it is you want to. Choose a new colour on the banded pull up and do it in 2-3 sets. Lets all work toward being 1% better than yesterday.
