Back Squat

- "Heavy Day" on the Rooftop
- Oomph! 6 reps?!?! Say what??
- Yup, 6 reps. Its a dreadful number if you know what your 5RM feels like!! Adding that one more little rep to proceedings will have massive carryover to your overall strength & see you potentially break some milestones. Basically put, can you make your current 5RM a 6RM? And if you can was that 5RM really a 5RM?? Questions to ponder on whilst you think about this WoD for hours before you come and boss it!!
- In between each set of Back Squats Hit 10-15 PERFECT push ups (person to person dependant) working on tempo, form & function. (NOT sloppy ones that barely make the grade!).
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
