- When you gotta go you gotta go!
- Simple task in front of you. You have 4 minutes on the clock, burn through 21 power snatches & 21 burpees and then smash out as many calories as humanly possible on that machine! Rest a couple mins then we do it all over again with less reps.
- Aim big and start with LARGE sets on the barbell. Make no bones about it, you WILL be getting some good time on the rower or bike, more than you'd like! Get after those Calories and we should see the number of Cals increase each time!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
