Complete 3 Rounds For Time 

of:

50 Air Squats

7 Strict Handstand Push Ups

10 Dumbbell Devils Press

.

  • Come out fighting on those on those air squats but don't lose sense for your form. Don't underestimate how important a good air squat is to your fitness.
  • The strict handstand push ups are low in volume today but don't let that fool you. If you have not completed a workout with 15-20 or more reps then today you may need to reduce the number down. This should be an in & out job. Your strict strength is of huge importance to not only make your kipping version more effective but also for the health of your shoulders.
  • Lastly those pesky devils press. They are a whole bodied experience. You get to choose your own weight on them today. Don't go looking for other peoples numbers because they don't matter at all. It is you versus you. Choose a weight that you will be done in 60-90 secs. Simple as that.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
  • Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.

The Strict Handstand Push Up. Strict ALWAYS comes before the kipping version. Work on your strict strength regularly if you want the other stuff to come.
