- Our annual end of year celebration continues with this years edition of the the "12 days of CrossFit Christmas". 12 days of back to back benchmark/named WoDs to take us up to Christmas. Tons of fun times lie ahead! Be sure to read this blog post here on how to thrive during your experience in the 12 Days.
- Today we hit one of our 2019 CBD BENCHMARK CYCLE WOD retests!!
- This one is short & spicy!! This needs to be attacked in the sense that we won't dilly dally between the movements themselves. The barbell is considered lightweight. Aim to go the 10 reps in 1-2 sets throughout. Grip will be at a premium so a smooth & steady technique will work best.
- On the bar MU. This is nice, neat little number to work with. If you can, go unbroken. If you know trying that will lead to failure then break early & often and keep jumping back up to that bar!
- All up we should be breathing super hard come the end. This is where intensity will meet results.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
