- This is a special workout celebrating the birthday of coach Karl's little girl, Cara. Designed as a sheer test of work capacity nothing here should be a standard that stops you from moving. The barbell is light, the row is short & the jumps are regular. Just keep moving and learn to find the right pace for you to hit everything in efficient sets &/or times.
- Overall goal today is to hit 4 rounds at a minimum.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
