- Heavy Day Y'all!!!!
- 10 sets of 2 is an amazing way to hit up a "heavy day". It allows us 20 reps to push our boundaries. 20 reps is small enough for us to live at a high percentage throughout but also it is high enough for us to get some great strength & neurological adaptations too!!
- Today we will work to a 20 minute timer and have a new set every 2:00. This will certainly keep us moving yet allow just enough time to think about what to work, add a small bit of load and go for it.
- Where possible keep the reps "touch & go" style. There is no need to pop it up straight up overhead if you aren't ready or have lost balance. Once that bar is on the shoulders make sure you have the drive to finish the move!
- Get on up here. Move some weight and cheer your friends onto some PR's like they will you!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
